Islamic State militants fired rockets on Wednesday at a base in northern Iraq where Turkish troops are stationed without the permission of the Iraqi government. Turkey says its soldiers retaliated and four of them were injured when the Katyusha rockets landed in their camp north of Mosul, an Islamic State stronghold.
