Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered Russia's armed forces to respond firmly to the threats in Syria. Speaking at a televised defense meeting, Putin order the armed forces to "act as tough as possible," saying any targets threatening Russia's military group or land infrastructure must be immediately destroyed.
