Turkey has summoned the Russian ambassador to deal with what Turkey sees as "a provocation" from Russia over the weekend. Images published in Turkish media appear to show a Russian serviceman aboard a Russian naval ship with a rocket launcher on his shoulder in the firing position. The vessel was passing through the 'Bos-pho-rus Strait, which runs through Istanbul.
