The latest Russian air strikes against Islamic State in Syria have destroyed one of the militant group's oil refineries. Russia, for a second day, has sent long-distance bombers to attack targets in the ISIL-held Raqa and Deir Ezzor provinces. Other bombers fired cruise missiles at Idlib and Aleppo provinces.
