Raul Castro says no progress made on key issues in Cuba-US ties
Cuban President Raul Castro said on Friday that his country and the United States have made no progress in key issues in the past year that would improve bilateral relations. He made the comment in a televised address to the nation to mark the one-year anniversary of restored diplomatic ties between Cuba and the US. He said Obama should exert more of his executive authority on issues relating to Cuba.
