Turkey's prime minister Binali Yildirim blamed the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party for the attack. Earlier, police detained 11 Kurdish lawmakers, including both co-leaders of the Peoples' Democratic Party. The government claimed it was part of ongoing terror-related investigations.
